By accessing or using OmniCV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OmniCV is an online platform that allows users to create, edit, and manage professional resumes and CVs using AI-powered tools. The Service includes template selection, AI writing assistance, ATS analysis, job search integration, and PDF/DOCX export features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to basic features. Free accounts may have restrictions on template selection, export options, and AI features.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Weekly at $1.50/week and Monthly at $5.50/month) unlock full access to all premium features. Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly).
• Payment is processed through third-party payment providers.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically.

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content (resume data, personal information) you create on the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• We do not claim ownership of your resumes or personal data.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate suggestions, rewrite content, and provide analysis. Please note:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by you before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content in your final resume.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create resumes containing false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, templates, code, logos, and branding, is owned by OmniCV and protected by intellectual property laws. Our templates are licensed for your personal and professional use only and may not be redistributed or sold.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or job opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using our resumes will result in employment.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
